1. Processing Time

All orders require 1 to 3 business days for warehouse processing before shipment. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Regions

We ship to France and other eligible European countries. Delivery availability varies by destination address.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metropolitan France: 3 - 7 business days
  • Other European countries: 7 - 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to holidays, customs, bad weather or courier issues.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to minimum order value requirements.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your parcel status through the courier website.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to wrong address, recipient absent or refused delivery, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges and re-delivery fees if you wish to resend the goods.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the courier marks the parcel as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your mailbox, porch or contact the local courier if your package shows delivered but you have not received it.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised policy.
